Funds provide protein food to where it is needed most. All funds raised are donated to Northern California Food Banks for local food pantries and one international hunger relief project. Your participation will help many grassroots food pantries that are struggling to provide quality protein food such as canned tuna, peanut butter, canned beans, yogurt, eggs and more to hungry families, seniors and children along the Northern California Coast from the Golden Gate Bridge to Crescent City, including Napa, Solano and Lake Counties.
About Pedal for Protein (Redwoods Presbytery)
The sponsoring organization of Pedal for Protein is the Presbytery of the Redwoods, Hunger Task Force based in Napa, California. Pedal for Protein will donate all funds, via Redwoods Presbytery, to local food banks along the Northern California Coast from Crescent City to Sausalito as well as Fairfield and Napa. The Presbytery of the Redwoods is a non-profit 501(3)(c) organization and all funds donated are tax deductible as granted by state law. www.RedwoodsPresbytery.org
